By accessing and using the website located at lifewaavecpr.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms”). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site: The Site and all content and materials contained on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of LifeWaave CPR or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of the Site or its content is strictly prohibited.
Course Registration: To register for a CPR training course offered by LifeWaave CPR, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. By registering for a course, you agree to pay the applicable course fee and any applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your registration for a CPR training course, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of the course will not be eligible for a refund. If LifeWaave CPR cancels a course, you will receive a full refund.
Private & Group Class Deposits: For private & group CPR training classes, a deposit is required to reserve the date and time of the class. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future class within six (6) months of the original class date. If you need to reschedule a private or group class, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class to apply the deposit to a future class. If you do not reschedule the class within one year or do not show up for the class, the deposit will be forfeited.

Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Site after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
